Some days, the soundtrack of our lives feels different.
This is one of those days.
Like so many across our region, our hearts are with everyone affected by the tragedy at Seattle Center. Seattle Center is home to Classical KING and to so many of the arts organizations that help shape our city’s cultural life. As a proud partner organization, we’re honored to be part of a place of gathering, where music and community come together every day. To see the heart of our city marked by such loss is difficult to comprehend.
Music has long helped people sit with grief, honor memory, and find moments of reflection. That is the role we’ll continue to embrace in the days ahead. You’ll hear us making thoughtful choices about the music we share and the stories we tell. We believe the soundtrack of our community should reflect the life of our community with care and humanity.
